Hahahaha. I want to play Pokemon now.

Wow! This was so well put together! I was pretty impressed with the voice acting, and it blended it very well with the original sprite animation. I love the MissingNo animation part, and especially how I sort of interacted with it, but not TOO much. *lol* Great job.

OrangePylon responds:

What, you mean clicking the button? XD

Ahahaha. Mario's pissed.

Awesome short. I love the voices the most, and the animation was pretty good for the most part. You could have spent more time animating Peach, but she's just an accessory anyway. ^ ^

I can't wait to see the other animations you do

The animation of the blowing hair, the butterfly, and especially the detail that you put into the woman's face are absolutely gorgeous. Like you said, you could have made some of the frames more intricate, but I loved it still.

Even though the message is simple, I feel like there might have been a better way to show that the man was searching for something. I didn't really get it when he just went to the diner to look for the woman. It wasn't a bad way to represent it, but you could have broadened the searching aspect more--especially if we're to draw our own conclusions about what the story actually is.

Great.

I love the different realms, and I love no death. I'd rather live in this world.

Wow, a lot of work into this.

This is a great game. The soundtrack's great, and the boss battles were amazing!

Why couldn't I stop?

Definitely the most addicting free game I've ever played. If it hadn't been 2:00am, I would have gone all the way to the tank! Coolest concept ever. Great job. Lots of fun.

Nice bassline

Pretty cool. It was a little slow until the 2nd time you added more background to the bass. Maybe for future reference make less repetitions. After that it really picked up though. I love the snapping in the background! The voice clip is great too. I wasn't expecting it. Great job.

My heart just broke...

Wow, this is really passionate. It automatically made me incredibly sad, which I guess is a good thing for this. I always loved the parts of the game that played this, because it was very simple and beautiful. Just like your version of it, except that yours is much sadder even.

And then using so many ornaments and passionate chords in the middle adds so much depth to it, while still breaking my heart. This is so beautiful. Bravo.

I loved that part of the game.

I love Valentina's music during that part of the game! A lot of times I would just sit and listen to it! And now I can. ^ ~ I also love that you made this even more aggressive than the game. It adds a lot more depth to have the harpsichord played that hard.

I couldn't have asked for more. ^ ^ Great job.

Chao-Guy responds:

Thanks! I tried to make a bit deeper, but to be honest, it's just an update really. :/
Thanks for the review!

Keep it up!!

Nice.

I really like the detail of the man's back muscles, and the shadows of his body. I think that's the most impressive part of this. The details of the environment are pretty good too. I like the overall atmosphere.

Stunji responds:

Thanks! I'm glad you like the back, because I'm positive it's completely inaccurate (which means I faked it well I guess! :D)

Thanks for the review!

Cool

Wow, this is a great speed painting. I love the delicate droops in the vines, and the gloom of the ruins makes me feel like a crypt. Nice job.

I'm a classical singer by trade, but I love to do voice work when I can. If you ever want to collaborate on a project, send me a message! I love game development, and being able to help in the process, and same goes for animation.
